UI/UX DESIGN

For this personal project, I conducted a comprehensive UI/UX redesign of the USPS LiteBlue website, an internal portal for postal employees. The goal was to enhance usability, accessibility, and the overall design to better serve its audience—USPS employees accessing essential HR and employment information. By tackling pain points like confusing navigation, outdated aesthetics, poor mobile responsiveness, and accessibility issues, I focused on creating a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Key improvements included a mobile-first design, streamlined login flow, better information hierarchy, and enhanced accessibility features. The result is a more efficient, user-friendly platform, with improved task completion rates and significantly reduced mobile bounce rates, aimed at boosting employee satisfaction and productivity.
